Below is the Missouri River Ranches Corporate State Filing for 2019.
There is no Corporate Secretary listed.
The Montana Code requires a Secretary for the Corporation. The Missouri River Ranches By-laws also require a Secretary
35-2-439. Required officers. (1) Unless otherwise provided in the articles or bylaws, a corporation has a president, a secretary, a treasurer, and any other officers appointed by the board.
(2) The bylaws or the board shall delegate to one of the officers responsibility for preparing minutes of the directors' and members' meetings and for authenticating records of the corporation.
(3) A person may simultaneously hold more than one office in a corporation.
Section 5.1 Titles
There shall be a president and a secretary of the Corporation and such other officers as may be deemed necessary by the Board
of Directors. The fficers shall be appointed by the Board of Directors and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board. Members of
the Board of Directors may be officers, but need not be.
The Directors listed above were not elected by the Membership. The Corporate Officers were not appointed by the Membership Elected Board of Directors.
This policy has been in place for Years
and is in Contradiction to the By-laws and
Montana State Law.
If you do not understand why this is important, you need to know, you, as a Property Owner have no control of how the decisions that effect your investment(s) are made .

A Complaint has been filed in the District Court for Lewis and Clark County against the Defendants as indicated in the Complaint below.
One named Defendant is the Missouri River Ranches Landowners Corporation of which each landowner in the Missouri River Ranch subdivision is a member.
As of the date of this posting, the Complaint has not been served on the Defendants.
A copy of the first page of the Complaint is presented below. To view the entire document in a PDF format click anywhere on the page below, or click the 'Complaint' Menu Tab above.
It should be noted that even though this Complaint has not been served on the Defendants yet, it could be served at anytime. This Complaint/Lawsuit has the potential to effect each landowner in the Missouri River Ranch Subdivision not to mention the other name defendents.
The Host of this website has made two requests inquiring as to how the "Board of Directors" of the Missouri River Ranches Landowners Corporation intend to address the concerns presented in the Complaint/Lawsuit by the Plaintiff but has received no information as to how the issues in the Complaint/Lawsuit will be addressed.
